Welcome to Men's Health Survival of the Fittest 2010 - the Tri Nations Challenge. 2009 saw the action spread to the cities of Cardiff, Nottingham and Edinburgh and we once again invite racers from England, Scotland and Wales to front up to these tough urban assault courses and battle it out to become Survivors. Packing a challenging 10km route in each host city, with tough and engaging obstacles every kilometre, you will pit your wits against 1000s of fellow "Survival" competitors in a test of stamina, grit, speed and guts. Possibly the UK's toughest obstacle course? Maybe. Possibly the UK's most action-packed 10k. Maybe. The must-do events of this year? Definitely.

The Fire Fighters Charity is one of the two Men’s Health Survival of the Fittest Charities this year. Why not take part in the event and raise funds for the Fire Fighters Charity at the same time? The charity supports fire fighters during their times of need, and assists thousands of individuals every year, by providing pioneering treatment and support services. Every year, thousands of fire fighters are injured whilst protecting the public. Every 30 seconds in the UK, fire fighters are called to an incident, putting their lives on the line, and often sustaining physical injuries whilst carrying out their duties.

Land Rover Supports the Red Cross Since November 2007 Land Rover has given over £2.5million worth of support to the Red Cross, Red Crescent Movement, including vehicle donations, funds raised and gifts in kind.  The support is ongoing.
